            Comments about Country Cottage Cabinet Space Saver:

            The product was delivered in a timely manner. Although the spacesaver was what I expected in the way of veneer and pressboard construction, I was disappointed in the damage on several of the large pieces in areas that are visible. One whole strip of veneer is not fully attached and needs to be re-glued. Corners on two of the pieces have chunks broken off so the pressboard is visible. I have not yet assembled the unit, but I will need to repair and repaint these damaged areas if I choose to keep it.

            Service and delivery comments:

            The package had been opened and re-taped. I have not yet put the item together, but several of the pieces have gouges in them -- two pieces had corners that were chipped below the veneer, down to the pressboard. The outer box was not damaged in those areas, so it appears that someone else returned this item and it was not checked for quality before it was sent to me.

            Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

              Am using 2 of these in two small bathrooms to add much needed storage. I also attached the units to the wall studs to prevent tipping. Simple enough to assemble. Construction similiar to book shelves many of which use a cardboard backing to provide lateral bracing. This part seems rather flimsy but none of my bookshelfs have failed even after a major move.

              Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

                  I have bought dozens of pieces of wooden furniture online and have never received something so poorly made. It is made of CHEAP chipboard which you screw together with screws and the heads of the screws remain showing. It's not worth $10. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM.

                      All the wood pieces were covered in dust. Pieces had splits in them,scuffs all over. Too short. No space above toilet. Will have to live with it since I don't see how I'm going to pack it up and ship it back. The damages were not from shipping. Box had no damages. This item is no better than a 60.00 piece from [...].
