    The cabinet we ordered arrived with a mark on the surface (a shipping accident we think) so I called the company service line to ask for an exchange. It doesn't get any better than this. Not only did a pleasant service rep arrange an immediate replacement, he also credited our account for the damaged one. Fed Ex picked up the damaged one and a new one was delivered a few days later. If only every transaction was this easy. Many thanks to the company.
